Q: I don't remember my password. What should I do?

A: If you have forgotten your password, click “Forget Your Password”. You will be prompted to reset your password.

Q: How can I change my password?

A: Visit "My Account" and click "Update Your Password" located on the left side of its menu. There you can update your password.

Q: What can I do on "My Account"?

A: On "My Account" page you can update the profile, create and update shipping addresses, update your password, and review your previous purchase and returned product.

Q: Does Quantum media come with a warranty?

A:  Yes, we are pleased to inform you that our media comes with Quantum Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please click here

Q: Can I get product catalogs or even more information on Quantum’s LTO Media?

A: You may download the datasheet on LTO Media available in our homepage. For further assistance, you can also get in touch with us via Live Chat or fill up the Contact Form.

Q: Can I request for product samples?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide samples. If you wish to understand our product before making your decision, please feel free to contact us via Live Chat or fill up the Contact Form and we will get back to you.

Q: I have ordered a wrong product; can I change my order?

A: If you accidentally select or order a wrong product, you can contact us at onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com with order number and details.

Q: Will I receive any notification on changes to the product array or promotional activities?

A: The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Similarly, we also reserve the right to modify, cancel or limit any promotion or offer at any time without notice. 

 

PAYMENT

Q: What are the modes of payment available?

  1. Credit / Debit Card and Paypal: We accept only Master / Visa / Amex.

  2. Bank Transfer: Customer will need to send in the transfer slip and/or bank reference number for the payment to be verified. Upon verification, we will then process your order. For order processing, you may send the transfer slip and/or bank reference number to onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com

Q: What if my payment shows fail or cannot get through?

A: You can contact us at customerservice@quantum-southasia.com or by using our LIVE CHAT with us on your issues.

 

SHIPPING

Q: If I order this product, when will it arrive?

A: Standard delivery will take 3 to 5 days. For Express delivery, it will be processed within the next working day for shipping. Cut-off time for Express delivery will be at 12pm (SGT)

Q: Can you ship to other than Singapore?

A: We do ship to the following list of countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Q: Do I need to pay duties and/or taxes for import?

A: Duties and Taxes follow the laws and regulations of the respective countries.

Note: Quantum Storage South Asia does not assume the responsibility of any outcome should the laws and regulations change from time to time.

Q: Is it possible to request a delivery date?

A: Delivery status can be tracked online with your Tracking ID to estimate the arrival date. This Tracking ID will be sent in an email to you once the package has been prepared and ready for shipping.

Q: Is it possible to deliver to several addresses?

A: For delivery to different addresses, you will be required to raise separate orders.

Q: What will happen if I'm not available when you deliver my parcel?

A: Our appointed logistics provider will contact you in advance prior delivery. For missed delivery, please contact logistics provider for re-delivery (each order is permitted up to 21 calendar days before returned to Origin). We will hold your stock valid for up to 1 month and after which, we will invalid the order.

Q: Can I pick up the products directly?

A: You can contact us at onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com in advance after placing the order with your order details.

 

RETURN POLICY

Q: Can we return every product?

A:   Products cannot be returned if those fall under either of the classifications below:

1)   Products which the customer claims return after 5 calendar days from arrival
2)   Products which had been damaged, open, and used by the customer

To ensure proper credit to your account, all returns must be made in their original packaging with all original pieces, packaging materials, software, accessories, manuals and all other contained material.

Q: How can we return?

A: You may email us at onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com with the following details: (1) order number, (2) item name, (3) item number, (4) quantity, and (5) reason.

Q: Shipment arrived but products were missing. What should I do?

A: Upon receiving the order, please check the items against the packing slip provided. Email us at onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com with the Order # and the picture of the items you have received.

Q: What to do when product arrived in defective condition, or a different product arrived?

A: You may send us a photo of the product and raise the issue to us at onlineorder@quantum-southasia.com

Q: How is the returning fee treated?

A: If the products are cancelled due to customers' personal preferences, customers will have to bear the cost to send back the cartridges or accessories within 5 calendar days. Together with the proof of purchase, customers will also need to ensure the returned products must be unopened and carton box intact. Refunds will be issued in the same mode as the original payment.
